Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and closing sales. You will provide high-quality support to the New Home Specialist to achieve profit potential and meet sales goals. Have the opportunity to act as a sales representative by directing and greeting prospects/customers, providing tours of the models, and soliciting feedback. You will collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current homeowners.
