First Things First: The Land
If you already own land, we can get started with a site evaluation. If you don’t own land yet, we can help. Our land specialist can typically find land within five business days. Once a suitable parcel of land is identified, JC Jackson Homes will complete a preliminary evaluation on a maximum of two properties at no charge. Before we can provide you with any other pricing, though, you must have a contract on the land.

We conduct our meetings via FaceTime. We also use an online platform called BuilderTrend that allows you to communicate with your interior designer and choose selections. Once your floor plan and selections are chosen and personalized, we’ll confirm everything before we move on to the next step.
We Communicate Really Well
Ask any of our existing customers — communication is a key to our success! Throughout your building process, your dedicated onsite builder will communicate every new development and phase, so you’re always in the know. You’ll also receive progress pictures so you can see in real-time how your home is coming together. Your onsite builder is always there for you — contact him or her at any time and you can expect a fast reply! Communication is the foundation of all our processes and is at the heart of our excellent customer experience.
