Our Realtor Program

Registering is easy! Call, email or text your preferred sales consultant to let them know the name of your buyer(s). Our team is trained to ask if they are working with a Realtor; but make sure you instruct your client to tell us. Your client will never get a better price by excluding you! We welcome you to be as involved in the process as you would like to be!

It's your choice if you want to be there at the signing. There is a Real Estate Commission Form that you need to complete; we can DocuSign® this to you if you like! All financing options are available. Conventional, VA, FHA & HECM.

Next, your client will go to the Design Center to make all of their selections to personalize their new home. Prior to the home being built, your client will have their Pre-start Orientation with their Onsite Builder and New Home Specialist. Options will be reviewed, the build process will be discussed and expectations will be set, and any additional questions can be answered.

During construction, your client's Onsite Builder will provide them directly with weekly updates on the progress of their home. Your client will be scheduled for a Pre-drywall Orientation, Homeowner Orientation and Final Walkthrough with their Onsite Builder. Any additional visitations to the home during construction should be scheduled with their New Home Specialist.

You and your client will be contacted 30 days prior to closing with a date and time for the closing meeting. At closing, you are paid your commission and your clients are happy homeowners! Then it's onto the next!
