Customer Care

When you purchased your home, you purchased hundreds of items and the work of many independent trade partners. With so many details and people involved, a planned system is essential. When your home is complete, there will be a formal handoff from your Onsite Builder where you will receive warranty information and contact information for our Customer Service department. For the next year, that department will be your contact regarding any issues that you may have with your home. When you need services, please submit any warranty requests through your homeowner portal, and we will get with you as soon as possible.
